With the CMP, LLC acquisition by Fluidra, I'm happy to join the team as Marketing Manager for Specialty and Spa product lines. I oversee product launches and ongoing brand management, providing direction to our Digital marketing, Graphic design and Communication teams.

At CMP I oversee all brands and communications. Working with leadership, I manage all print media, websites, digital marketing, product packaging and branding. I am responsible for the overall brand communication for product launches, promos and events.***- Design and oversight of complete website redesign.- Strategy and planning for integration of multiple corporate acquisitions- Ideation and development of multiple customers tools and experiences- Writing for blogs and articles, product copywriting- Management of social media content- Product education and training for internal sales teams- Writing, production, editing and on-camera work for web videos

As Senior Designer at CMP working with the marketing team I have:- Relaunched the CMP brand including a new logo and complete style strategy- Planned and implemented a new corporate website (www.c-m-p.com), partnering with an Atlanta web design firm. - Launched a new 30x40 trade show booth set up, planning layouts, displays, signage, digital presentations, video content and overall trade show strategy.- Worked as a marketing team to build a completely new department from the ground up.- Brainstormed, designed and developed multiple product line brands.- Integrated brands added through corporate acquisitions.I plan, design, layout and write copy for all print materials; I plan and design our web content including the corporate level website and specialized campaign landing pages. I am the primary photographer for all CMP products. I am responsible for the total visual representation of the CMP brand.CMP is a global company and a premier component supplier to the pool, spa and bath industries.

Manager of a large retail outdoor recreation store in the Metro Atlanta area. During my tenure our location was well respected and successful, averaging 10% yearly sales growth. Working within our marketing plan I managed the company website, enhanced the company brand strategy, designed and planned advertising, designed in-store signage and planned store layouts/merchandising.Under my direction Brown's began it's first forays into social media marketing. As Marketing Coordinator I consistently improved our advertising and web presence, and established a stronger brand identity for the company.

Pool and Spa sales at two different locations in Metro Atlanta. As one of the lead Sales Associates I developed sales strategies and led as one of the top sales associates across all company locations.In addition to sales responsibilities, I redesigned and managed the company website, designed sales flyers and assisted with store merchandising.

Life Church was a contemporary church "plant" in McDonough, Ga. As creative director I led efforts in graphics, media, web, communications, branding, style, and creative direction.
