Interested in new media companies that create entertainment content directly for the web. As a Chief Financial Officer for a motion picture company, my experience included raising capital for film financings in both the international and domestic markets. New media companies, which create entertainment content directly distributed through the internet, can use these traditional film financing and organizational structures as a model for their future growth. These financing structures are particularly useful as a company grows beyond pure equity financing, but is still not large enough to go public or access a credit facility from a commercial bank.

  * Served as Chief Financial Officer, which included responsibilities for finance, business development, human resources, and information technology. * Responsible for completing numerous financing transactions including bank credit facilities, a $350 million motion picture slate financing, and structured film financings outside the United States . * Instrumental in completing New Line’s initial public offering and also the subsequent acquisitions of New Line by Turner Broadcasting and then Time Warner.* During tenure, Company grew from under $50 million of revenue to almost $2 billion.
