Responsible for developing successful client relationships, generating new business, and delivering programs that sustained an annual revenue of $30M+ over multiple years while structuring commercial arrangements worth $80M+. - Planned and executed an Oracle Applications program from inception to delivery, which aimed to modernize procurement functions from legacy mainframe technology to support scaling projections of the procurement business by 3X. The program spanned over 3 years, involved over 65,000 workdays, and encompassed a complete replacement of the legacy procurement mainframe, as well as functional areas of Direct/Indirect Procurement, Warehouse/Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Oracle Financials.

Spearheaded numerous technology delivery programs of significant scale and over $300M in budgets.- Led the program design, estimating, planning, execution, and financial management of a global transformational program of over $100M and 280k multi-vendor workdays through 33 months and 4 capability releases. The program involved deploying several software applications such as SAP CRM & CPQ, Hybris, Vendavo pricing, Callidus, and Leasing. These applications replaced a legacy Oracle ERP platform. The program affected over 35,000 internal and external users, included 30+ integrated applications, and had over 500 active full-time resources. - Managed post-merger integration work associated with converged product offerings across SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce systems. The integration work spanned CPQ, Order Management, Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Finance. - Designed and directed testing, data, cutover, and deployment workstreams for a multi-vendor SAP ECC Finance and Manufacturing / Oracle EBS solution. This solution spanned 65 legacy applications and affected 12,000 users in a single global release.
