Redesigned the masterplan of the entire Adastral Park; creating carbon net-zero outdoor workspaces and sustainable visitor accessibility for 151 tech companies, and 50,000 annual visitors. Designed a development roadmap and a circular economy finance strategy to implement the masterplan with the first steps already in operation.
