This work will be carried out via virtual workshops.• Map the proposed functionality to the current technology – both production and piloted options.• Consolidate the finding and recommendations in a detailed business document• Taking into account the security and cyber consideration and risk position of IFAD, the Privileges & Immunities of the organisation and the current strategy on moving to M365 for communication and collaboration – assess the feasibility, challenges, risks and benefits of moving fromSharepoint on premise to Sharepoint online. The analysis should take into account the high level of customization and positive customeradoption of sites such as ODC and others as well as the current use of SP for ad hoc low complexity solutions across the organization.• Assessment of moving to SP online should also include likely timeline and resource requirements to plan for such a project• Support ICT colleagues in the preparation of Request for Price documentation Show less
