Responsible for the accountability of every cadet in the ROTC program, this includes knowing who is and is not at all ROTC activates and the reason for all absences. As first Sergeant I worked closely with my CSM (command sergeant major) and Platoon sergeants to create a PT (physical fitness) plan and implement it in a way that increased physical fitness scores for the entire battery. As First Sergeant I was also in charge of reaching the end state that the company commander would specify for each activity, this includes ROTC labs physical fitness training, staff rides, uniform inspections, and keeping accountability for every volunteering activity.
