I recently worked with the award winning Customer Care in Squarespace Dublin. Responding to customer requests and needs. Whilst in this position some of my core tasks were as follows:- Mentoring and monitoring a number of team members to ensure 100% customer satisfaction where possible. This included interviewing, training, performance management and feedback sessions with my direct reports.- Solving of customer queries using a ticket system. To complete this action included troubleshooting of HTML and CSS content which could include coding errors. Website layout questions and the escalation of queries that could not be solved within the customer care team onsite. In addition to my core tasks above, I was also given the responsibility of working in facilities co-ordinator. I achieved a Digital Marketing course with Sure Skills which I have enjoyed doing and I highly recommend anyone that has an interest in Digital marketing to do this course. I now feel confident in continuing in Digital Marketing and advancing myself to getting certified with Google Ad Words and Google Analytics.

Whilst with TK Maxx I have worked in a number of management positions. I started off in the Carrickmines branch were myself and 4 other mangers created a great team of employees in Carrickmines, where we succeeded in attaining a reputation of great Customer Service and beating our Sale predictions. As the team had changed over time we succeeded in beating these goals over time. I then went back to Stephen's green where my team leader over • Product Availability• Customer service • Sales Floor I enjoyed my time working with the great people in TK Maxx over the years. I was also asked to look after a pre-retail Project, which was happening around the Christmas period.
