Some of my top achievements are:● Led development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM which vastly expanded America Save technical capabilities● Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of new metrics paradigm measuring financial confidence and wellbeing● Leveraged Microsoft PowerBI and PowerQuery to create dashboards for ongoing program analysis● Analyzed historical data to identify trends in saver engagement that contributed to new content and engagement strategy● Managed research partnership with MIT’s Jameel Poverty Action Lab and Chime that will advance our understanding of saving and spending behavior

Developing standardized data analysis and metrics by mining existing company data; Introduced “nudge” and other behavioral economic concepts leading to multiple operational reforms;Designed metrics to assess and compare the performance of warehouse staff with the warehouse manager

Leading strategic planning activities and writing of 5 year and 15 year plans for ICCARE;Assisting in the formation of a consortium of charities and hospitals working to improve pediatric cancer care across Tanzania;Advising on research projects to ensure results have policy relevance

Conducted policy and regulatory analysis of adjudication policies and processes in support of the President’s Task Force on Sexual Violence and Sexual Assault (SVSA) resulting in a new uniform UC systemwide student adjudication process;Led data collection and meta-analysis of faculty adjudication policies and procedures in support of SVSA Task Force;Co-led workgroup to design and implement the collection of metrics to measure the effectiveness of SVSA policy implementation;Researched and designed a theoretical framework to assess the return on investment of the University of California’s ethics and compliance activities which was used in the annual report to the Board of Regents;Managed University of California systemwide policy review and approval process, as well as the SharePoint publication system and website;Facilitated systemwide meetings in support of SVSA Task Force;Designed infographics, posters, and presentation materials for systemwide distribution

Managed relationships and activities of the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council with the US National Endowments of the Arts and Humanities as well as the Smithsonian Institution;Managed the UK Biological and Biotechnology Sciences Research Councils’ relationships with the US Department of Agriculture and National Science Foundation;Managed multinational symposium hosted by the UK Arts and Humanities Research Council and US National Endowments of the Arts on arts participation survey methodology;Developed and implemented communications strategy for RCUK – US team;Instituted and managed Sales Force based stakeholder management system;Researched policy and drafted briefing material in support of innovative UK-US funding agreements;Identified and built a UK-US stakeholder coalition around forensic science research;Arranged visits and facilitated high-level meetings between UK and US stakeholders

Researched NSF records to respond to queries from the press, Federal agencies, and Congress;Assisted in preparation of Congressional testimony;Participated on the Subcommittees on Social, Behavioral, and Economic Research and on Forensic Science of the Committee on Science within the National Science and Technology Council;Conducted research on the field of epigenetics research to inform budget planning and setting NSF research priorities, as well as to brief Division Director for the Social Science and Epigenetics Symposium in the UK;Prepared briefing materials for Division Director in preparation of conferences and symposia;Analyzed division program data for performance review and review of grant merit review process;Assisted with management of grants;Designed and managed production of print materials for agency presentations and outreach;Led the NSF Science Assistant community in discussions with NSF senior management on improving the Science Assistant position
