Impact Facility Solutions, now a part of Phoenix Energy Technologies, is an IoT innovator in smart buildings and connected assets such as HVAC, lighting, refrigeration, industrial and consumer facing devices. Responsible for raising venture-capital, leading the company’s business functions, and personally closing new business. Successfully closed and managed opportunities with national retailers, such as Neiman Marcus, Costco and Nordstroms, and numerous universities, and the Phoenix exit.

Silicon Energy, venture-capital backed primarily by GE and Accenture, was an early Software as a Service (SaaS) innovator targeting energy suppliers and business users to efficiently control energy expenses, mitigate risk and optimize energy procurement. Silicon Energy was acquired by Itron to expand their meter data management and related smart grid software application revenues and margins. Responsible for defining, coordinating and communicating product strategy, pricing, competitive positioning and supporting strategic sales and business development efforts. Structured and led relationships with strategic partners, including Accenture, GE, IBM, Cisco, Booz Allen Hamilton, Echelon, Honeywell and Johnson Controls.
