As part of a six-person leadership team, I led a turnaround mission to transform Saudi Arabia's land, sea, and airport immigration, customs, real estate and infrastructure in a $1 billion project. The transformation involved diverse elements such as design, housing, solar power, technology, and operations. Notable projects included constructing a medical facility in Somaliland, implementing a solar-powered IT system country-wide in Ghana, and securing a reliable HIV/AIDS pharmaceutical supply chain in Malawi.
