I assisted the concert producer in the day to day entertainment operations of a 10 day, 9 night outdoor music festival. I was responsible for the transportation, lodging, entertainment, PR and media appearances and meals including pre and post concert riders for national acts ranging from Toby Keith, The Commodores, REO Speedwagon, Lee Greenwood, Alan Jackson, Lee Ann Rimes and Little River Band to name a few. I also assisted in the orderly maintaining of the backstage area before, during and after the shows. I was entrusted with the responsibility of making sure everything ran smoothly for the entertainers and their band and road crew once they arrived on site the day of their performance until they left the venue after the performance.
