Current• Manage a diverse portfolio of IT related procurement projects, including software, hardware, subscription, licensing, telecom/teletype, technical, and professional/consulting services• Develop and align corporate strategic planning initiatives through cost modeling, market benchmarking research, supplier risk assessment, and spend analytics• Drafted and reviewed over 200 contractual agreements including nondisclosures, masters, statements of work, data protection, assignments, supply, purchase, and multi-party• Lead RFX sourcing projects and contractual and commercial negotiations with over 100 different suppliers totaling over $150M of total business to date, achieving an average of over 15% in total negotiated savings• Drive customer and employee process improvement as part of Air Canada’s ECXpert advisory panel (Elevating the Customer Experience)• Serve as an Air Canada Brand Ambassador, representing Air Canada at various corporate events
