Current role (Feb 2020 - Present): UK & Ireland Environmental Sustainability Lead within the UKI Responsible Business and Citizenship team. Steve is currently working on advancing Accenture's Sustainability journey across pillars of Environmental Operations, People Engagement, Marketplace and Client Enablement. During this role, Steve has gained experience and skills across areas such as ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 50001 EnMS, Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, UK Cabinet Office Carbon Reduction Plan (CRP) creation, SECR disclosure, CAESER, Achilles, UK Government Strategic Supplier survey(s), Carbon from homeworking methodology development, GHG Protocol methodology (scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon data reporting), CDP reporting, Water resiliency planning, Circular/zero waste actions.

Experience in a variety of consulting based roles in Communications, Media and Technology and Health & Public Service spaces. Steve has spent 2.5 years with a global telecommunications firm and 2.5 years at a UK Government client working on large scale system integration projects. The telecomms projects includes roles related to PMO, requirements gathering, pilot management, functional design, CRM design, consumer shipping management, system configuration, testing and business development work. Ending in December 2019, Steve finished a 2.5 year programme working with a UK Government client delivering work around Project Management and CX Design & Delivery.During this time, Steve was an active member of account communities and enjoys creating a healthy and active environment inside and outside the workspace. He has lead “Life @“ teams as a side of desk role, with strong experience in leading Communications and organising small and large scale events for the community.

A temporary position managing one of the service counters in the local branch.

Designed and taught an English language curriculum to 700 high school students in Southern Thailand, aged 11-18. Additionally, he mentored a Filipino teacher, ran extra curricular physical education sessions and assisted with improving the English of other colleagues. Steve lived for 5 months in Thung Wa, a small town in Southern Thailand, with a home-stay family and taught himself the local language (Central Thai) in his free time.

Worked over the summer as a Sales Assistant in the Menswear department of the Leicester branch.
