• Worked independently and collectively in a large multi-disciplinary design team on a range of different projects, scales and budgets.Some of the projects and project responsibilities included:
• Working as an architectural assistant on 3 separate Office Fit-Outs for large corporate clients in Dublin, with budgets ranging from €1 – 2million. Integral part of the design team involved in Surveying, Concept.
• Providing project support, assisting the project manager and a large multi-disciplinary team on a multi-million-euro office development in Dublin. Responsible for assisting the project manager coordinate the design.
• Working as an architectural assistant on multiple projects ranging from pharmaceutical processing plants to small office blocks providing concept designs and renders for interiors and exteriors.
• Working as an architectural assistant providing assistance on a number of different planning applications on numerous projects.

• Worked independently and collectively in a design team on a range of different projects, scales and budgets.Some of the projects and project responsibilities included:
• Working on 3 separate Early Childhood Education Centres, each valued at NZ $2m. Integral part of the design team involved in Concept Design, Detailed Design, Interior Design, Presentation Renderings, Construction.
• Worked on Proposed Hotel and Convention Centre valued at NZ $23m. Responsible for Concept Re-Design, Detailed Design, Interior Design, Presentation Renderings and Presentation Boards.
• Worked on proposed office fit-out valued at NZ $1m. Responsible for Concept Design, Detailed Design and Presentation Renderings.
• Worked on proposed residential building valued at NZ $1 - $1.5m. Fundamental part of the design team involved in Concept Design and Presentation Renderings.
• Worked on proposed new office building valued at NZ $1 - $2m. Responsible for Concept Design and Presentation Rendering.

• Worked mainly on the HNZ 'Rightsize' homes roll out project, which included the redevelopment of over 60 residential properties in Auckland, New Zealand. (Construction Value of NZ $8m) Some of the job responsibilities.
• Carrying out detailed site and building surveys of social housing.
• Preparing detailed site specific, working and construction drawings.
• Designing bespoke details and concept plans.
• Due to the large scale of the project and the tight time frame, project tracking was also an important job responsibility, coordinating with all design managers, project managers, site managers and construction support.
