I am a Senior Business Service Leader, Board Advisor and Business Transformation Specialist, guiding the enablement of business-wide technology and financial change for major B2B enterprises to drive growth. My early career includes Managing Partner for IT Advisory at Deloitte, before moving to Impress as Director of Shared Services. In 2004, I joined Sun Chemical as Business Services Delivery Director leading a series of transformation programmes. I then moved to Brightpoint as MD EMEA for Business Services to deliver a state-of-the-art Shared Service Centre. In 2011, I joined TUI Group to lead a series of high-profile global transformation programmes, including optimising/restructuring TUI’s Hotelbeds Group. I established Allegra Consulting in 2016 to provide business transformation advisory services, leveraging my deep experience of directing major transformation programmes to deliver sustainable change. This recently includes reviewing and improving finance & advisory processes for GCCL to deliver immediate quick hits exceeding €250k and enable longer term benefits planned to exceed €5m in total.I have a proven track record analysing and linking business requirements to technology capability, building viable solutions that work in the real world, while guiding the development and build of cost-effective, global business services.
