I am an experienced Learning and Development professional with a passion for helping people and businesses succeed. With over 30 year’s experience and the owner of Development For Results Ltd, which was set up in 2009 after over 25 years within the financial services sector, in a variety of Learning & Development and Business roles.Since leaving the Financial Services sector I have worked with organisations within a variety of industries including DFDS and ABP in Shipping, AAK in Food, City Healthcare Partnership, Guildford Clinical Commissioning Group, in Health, Encon Group, in Building Services, Hull and York University in Education, Lloyds Banking Group in Financial Services, RM English in Estate Agency and the Civil Service in Government. This has covered the design and delivery of specific training interventions including Executive Coaching, Performance and Talent Management, Change Management, Team Leading, Leadership, Presentation & Facilitation skills, Influencing & Negotiation Skills and Project Management.As an associate of the Hull University Business School I deliver accredited and non-accredited management programmes for corporate clients. I work as part of a team delivering an MA in HRM through the provision of skills workshops in the areas of Influencing & Negotiation skills and Talent & Performance Management. To support my development activities I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an accredited MBTI practitioner.
