As a Trustee at UnLtd I work with the Board, CEO and organisation to help enable the strategic direction of UnLtd and it's aim of supporting social entrepreneurs to be the best that they can be. I also sat on the UnLtd Impact Fund (c£5M fund) and Ventures Growth Funds (c£10M) - reviewing and contributing to c15 social investment deals (£50-£200k ticket sizes) and sat on the People and Renumeration Committee. As a previous Big Venture Challenge Winner, and a Social Entrepreneur myself I bring both my own experience of running and growing organisations to the Board, and have a living (and ongoing!) level of empathy with the social entrepreneurs we support.

During my role as CEO of TSIP I founded and developed Project Oracle over a seven year period. During this time I led the original business case development (2011-2012). I then led the pilot phase of the work driving a partnership with academic, professional and government institutions delivering the first iteration of the Project (2012 - 2013). Between 2013 and 2016 I was Co_Director of Project Oracle leading strategy, delivery and partnerships for this £3M+ initiative. I oversaw fundraising, new income streams, and worked with other partners in the UK and abroad to replicate the Project Oracle model. In 2016 Project Oracle became an independent entity and I sat on the Board providing strategic advice and input as the organisation moved in to a new phase. In 2019 the organisation was merged with Centre for Youth Impact.
