Responsible for delivering the vision of Tick and Kate Everett with the support of the Alannah & Madeline Foundation work and enabling Dolly's Dream to be a national vehicle for the prevention of bullying in children and young people. An amazing journey from such tragedy.

Was Acting CEO when the incumbent was unavailable and worked with the management and Board during a significant planning period

Focused on leveraging the unique community footprint of the YMCA in order to have a greater influence on important issues of public health and to ensure that we partner with key alliances to deliver health promoting policies, programs and services in the community to ensure Victorians are happier, healthier and more connected.

Responsible for managing all of the Corporate Services YMCA Victoria. Reporting regularly to Board and liaising with Operational Managers. Managed a change management process and established a model of business advisory services, regional implementation of policies and procedures and ensuring compliance management.

Brought these separate functions together and launched a coordinated Fundraising activity; established an integrated Marketing strategy and grew communication resources within a wide variety of communication channels
