Department of Health & WellnessAn Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software system subject matter expert engaged in project managing the Nightingale EMR implementation on behalf of all providers, (District Health Authorities, Medical Clinics, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Other Health Care Providers (OHP), across the Province of Nova Scotia.

Lead Engineering ICT (Information & Communication Technologies) Planner, Designer and Project Manager on many enterprise wide Corporate ICT projects, working closely with a variety of stakeholders and client groups to bring new and revised Information Technology services into production, from concept to customer, and to lifecycle manage existing services throughout Atlantic Canada. Provided strong leadership to interdisciplinary team members, from both management and union staff, managing up to 15 employees per project including all phases of customer service projects including eliciting and assessing business requirements, researching and evaluating current market trends, creating future roadmaps for IT services, budgeting, planning, designing, testing, documentation, procurement, and implementation.

Reporting directly to the Controller of Atlantic Divisional Office, I developed approaches to business planning, managing the collection of non-interest revenue and the development of divisional policies and procedures. Managed the Divisional Non-Interest Revenue Program and the business plan development and expenses for 30 branch offices. With 30 branch office Managers as direct reports.
