CurrentAs Engineer Manager responsibilities include coordinating project engineers with their activities such as engineering tasks, engineering schedules, safety reviews. Coordinating with sales and project team to review quotes, estimates and upcoming work load. Provide engineering hours estimates for proposals. Evaluate department work load and perform hiring responsibilities. Report manpower status to upper level management. Coordinate engineering activities between various departments. My goal is to ensure all GENESYS engineering activities exceed our client's expectations and that the engineering department works as a team, has integrity and is constantly improving!Recent work includes various manufacturers of various building products, insulation, blown wool, stone wool, door manufacturing, roofing industries, transportation industry and food industry.I have design equipment for various process automation, packaging equipment, automated production equipment and operator assist tools. Worked with robotic equipment, conveyors of various configurations. Worked with belt conveyors and belt drive arrangements, chain, flights, sprockets, and shaft assemblies.The Kansas City Business Journal announced that GENESYS has been ranked as one of the Best Places to Work in the Greater Kansas City Area for 2013.
