Assigned to the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles Information Services group. Working on a modernization project that is updating the licensing, title and registration system for the state. Working with the program manager and external vendor to organize comprehensive user acceptance testing for a significant statewide software release. Facilitating rollout of infrastructure required to support software deployment including batch & on-demand printing solutions and branch-office/back-office workstations.

Assigned to the University of Connecticut University Information Technology Services (UITS). Reporting to the Assistant Director of IT Quality Management and Data Warehousing. Planned, developed and implemented the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Enterprise Reporting Platform and Managed Workstation Infrastructure. Managed project planning in close collaboration with critical business stakeholders, vendor resources and internal teams. Developed and implemented integrated business processes to serve the short-term needs of project and the long-term needs of the University. Leveraged best practice models to establish consistent project management framework. Facilitated continuous improvement activities for the University by hosting action-driven sessions; bringing together strong representation from the end-user community and IT systems professionals. Established statistical reporting from service management systems and customer satisfaction survey portal to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Implemented Program Management Office (PMO) supporting the Research, Development and Medical Informatics organization. Managed 40+ team members responsible for providing logistic support for over 300 projects. The PMO supported an IT Infrastructure initiative and business-as-usual projects. The IT Infrastructure program was chartered to review the R&D portfolio, identifying opportunities to eliminate redundant applications, obsolete technologies, and underutilized licensing. Program candidates meeting program funding criteria were identified through cost benefit analysis ensuring appropriate return on approved project investments.
