I was hired to introduce a permanent recruitment capability into what for several years been a contract recruitment business. To this end I brought several new clients to the business from multiple sectors including Telecoms, Software Houses, Utilities and Manufacturing. I also introduced the permanent recruitment services to the existing client base.
