In my role I worked closely with client to create holistic multi-channel marketing plans and strategies for franchise companies and distributed business models. I delivered ROI to clients through increasing national and local awareness for their brands and services / products and engagement with relevant audiences. Key Activities Included:• Developed end-to-end digital marketing strategies for national franchisors and their local franchisees across North America • Conducted SEO research to create online strategies, new opportunities in relevant search landscapes and identify competitive advantages • Managed design team for delivering engaging and relevant user experiences that drove desired key actions from site visitors (based on user behavior research and reporting) • Increased clients' web traffic, brand engagement, relevance and generation of quality leads in local markets • Guided franchisors through the implementation of national and local website Solutions - including direct contact with individual franchisees and regional Co-ops • Nurtured client relationships and supported sales efforts NetFuel served clients in the franchise space as an interactive marketing agency. The company designed and developed a proprietary content management system (CMS) to specifically serve the needs of franchises and distributed business models. The NetFuel CMS automated the creation of individual websites for numerous locations while enforcing brand standards and consistent brand messaging.

AFAS specialized in hand-made picture frames and fabrication of small custom furniture. The company's 45,000 sq. foot facility was dedicated to wood, metal and plastic fabrication, assembly and logistics. Customers (almost exclusively in the Entertainment Industry) met with designers at one of two Los Angeles showrooms and / or by appointment at their residence or work. The company also specialized in servicing the hospitality industry using higher-production teams to deliver large quantity orders.
