Business Technical Lead in the Engineering Domain, covering the Engineering Maintenance, Parts Supply, Rostering, Technical Publications, Licence Qualifications and Operational Monitoring systems.Project managed the implementation of the Ops Dashboard for the Integrated Operational Centre to provide real time tracking of the status of all aircraft under maintenance. I also implemented 2 systems to better manage parts tracking and reconciliation of aircraft parts between the Maintenance and Supply Systems. During this period I also successful project managed the transition of support services to an outsourced IT provider TCS with no issues resulting in flight delays. As part of the Engineering IT Portfolio I also transitioned and managed a team to support the Engineering Data Warehouse system from Project mode into BAU.
