A "player coach" responsible for mentoring and developing engineers and analysts while also taking their work and building on it to ensure the business has best in class data strategy with which to make investment and business growth decisions.

Business AnalyticsResponsible for leading enterprise BI initiatives, developing, deploying, and supporting the datawarehouse (MS SQL Server, Azure, IBM Cognos), integration processes (Salesforce, SSIS, API's), Master Data Management (Tibco), and reporting on multiple delivery platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SSRS). Product ManagementDrive product vision and strategy for analytics products and collaborating with engineering & design teams to deliver actionable data experiences based on the Pragmatic Institute framework, agile environments (SCRUM, Kanban, JIRA), managing product owners and analysts to deliver both automated and ad-hoc requirements.

Lead liaison with stakeholders on product issues for three products; Heavy Mobile Equipment Health, Safety, and machine monitoring (Jigsaw Jhealth), mining operations business intelligence and reporting (Jigsaw Jview), and mine planning vs execution analytics (HxM Athena) in the Mining business. HxM Athena won Mining Magazine’s 2015 Software Award.

Responsible for capturing business, functional, and product requirements through iterative discussions with client management and end users. Designed and developed commercialized distributable Business Intelligence product (Jview) built on the Microsoft SQL Server BI Stack 2008 R2 for multiple clients.
