Hello! I am a scientist currently living in Dublin, Ireland. I have a B.Sc in Cell and Molecular Biology from University College Dublin. During this time I worked on a study which would later be published in the journal Applications in Plant Sciences! Since graduating I have worked in a Covid-19 testing lab in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and as an operations co-ordinator with APPEL. I greatly enjoyed working in a laboratory setting as I feel it gives me the freedom to be as efficient as I can be. I love working as part of a team and found this experience to be immensely rewarding! My time with APPEL was also very enjoyable as I found myself back in a customer support role and gained valuable IT support experience.
