Responsibilities:- Manage Retail and Wholesale bill run processes to generate accurate bills every month- Auditing carrier billing to identify revenue leakage- Creating/implementing strategies to reduce billing disputes and credits- Promptly resolving billing disputes- Creating and updating rate plans- Read/write database access- SQL Queries to analyse data and well as inserts and updates- Writing specs for new billing methods- Fixing call import errors- Looking for errors in XML files- Liaising with developers on system improvements- Review and document internal processes

- Ordering of complex Internet products for major multinational wholesale customers. Including: - Analysing network diagrams; - Liaising with customers and the pre-sales team to obtain a firm understanding of customer’s needs; - Translating that information into an order that the provisioning team could process.In addition to my other day to day responsibilities I become a Project Coordinator for a large customer. As part of this role I:- Ensured all customer’s business critical orders were delivered on time;- Performed ongoing monitoring of each project stage;- Provided strong customer engagement with appropriate reporting interval updates as per the customer and project needs.

- Liaising with various teams across the company and external suppliers on behalf of the Wholesale Sales team;- Verifying accuracy of orders;- Investigating billing disputes;- Working with customers to identify areas for improvement;- Making processes more efficient;- Customer training;- Tier 3 support.

- Issue resolution;- Provisioning Wholesale and Corporate Internet orders;- Performed User Acceptance Testing and became SME for a new Wholesale product for ISPs;- Drove process improvements of Customer Order processes to reduce number of customer escalations.
