Key Contributions:• Led the accessibility testing for the RNIB to support HSCNI partner in the Encompass project, aimed at revolutionising healthcare for both staff and patients.• Managed the testing and collaborated with developers to support the security, updates and streamlining and enhancement of application features for systems like Viewpoint.• Empowered staff to seamlessly track service users from admission to discharge through a new system Encompass, facilitating convenient access to treatment history via smartphones or computers.• Spearheaded and supported all aspects of accessibility initiatives in partnership with RNIB and HSCNI, including design, testing, and implementation of updates for the current Health and Social Care recruitment website and upcoming website release by late 2024, ensuring strict adherence to international accessibility standards.• Led testing and all aspects of accessibility for the Volunteer portal allowing volunteers to apply for roles within the organisation.• Supported accessibility initiatives in partnership with RNIB and suppliers of Electronic Patients Record systems by testing and analysing the design and providing improvements for accessibility.

Here I developed and implemented technology programs aimed at enhancing the quality of life for individuals through the effective use of technological solutions. It is worth noting that I delivered personalised technology solutions to partners and clients through proactive communication via phone and email, ensuring specific needs were met.
