I’m a Director Brand Marketing at Airbnb, where my team is responsible for growing our host community and bringing new products to market. In my time here, we've launched the Airbnb Host Endowment, introduced a first-of-its-kind nonprofit called Airbnb.org, and developed a series of campaigns to attract Hosts including "Strangers" and "Airbnb it."In my two years as VP of Marketing at WeTransfer, we were twice named one of Fast Company’s most innovative businesses and won over 30 leading creative awards — collaborating with the likes of Bjork and the United Nations Development Program on major campaigns. As Program Director for Red Bull’s Culture Marketing team, I led a cross functional group that developed a lifestyle marketing program cited as “the future of the music industry” by Mic.com and launched 30 Days in LA, a month-long music festival with artists from A$AP Rocky to Grimes. In addition to co-authoring “Music Marketing Strategy for Consumer Brands,” an MBA course for Berklee College of Music, my wife and I run a nonprofit called 50FreeBooks.org, offering free books from marginalized voices every month.
