A dual role as technical product owner and dev lead, this position involves many responsibilities. Research Assistant for Dr. Michael Gashler, Predictive Modeling and Machine Learning Lab.

Responsible for preparing lectures, giving lectures, organizing material, holding office hours, creating assignments and exams, grading, and overall structure of the Programming Foundations 1 Course in the CSCE Department. Over 65 students taught across two semesters ( Summer, and Fall 2015).

Tutoring students, teaching and running labs, grading, holding office hours for more than 60 students a class.

This position’s duties include teaching Study Sessions (Labs) for Computer Science I students, holding tutoring hours, grading assignments, and other administrative duties. The goal is to increase student performance while providing a solid foundation for their continuing education in the computer science field.

Assisted with the 2011 Learn, Create, Share Tech Camp where we taught 5th - 8th grade students video game programming and digital video design in a very hands-on environment. Duties also included supplementary IT assistance around the library.
