My responsibilities in this role include; encouraging informal, personal and social education by developing relationships with and between the young people involved in the project. Support the Policies and Guidelines of Kent Youth Service, as well as the local objectives of the Centre. Working with young people to design and implement planned social and educational programmes to achieve effective participation in the decision making and programming of young groups and other organisations.
