Focused predominantly in the property sector, I enjoy creating places that people want to live in. Whether that be developing property, property technology or building service based businesses, it’s what challenges me and makes me tick. It’s a passion and not a job. My 30 years of experience in being involved in smart home technology, property investment, property development and property management puts me in a unique position to understand exactly where the different aspects all tie together in a fast changing and developing world.Baulogic is a Smart Homes company that started out life 2008 fitting out high end homes with automation on a bespoke basis. This isn't a model that is sustainable for the long term, simply because there aren't enough engineers in the world that can automate homes for the future, especially in the new build sector. Consequently during 2018 we developed a model of home automation, that uses world standard technologies and can be bespoke for each plot but easily deliverable mass market basis - especially for large property developers. As governments and communities demand more control over carbon emissions, sustainability and easy end user control of their homes, the Baulogic system is set to be at the forefront of smart home technology that todays residents are demanding. The biggest advantages of the Baulogic smart home systems are that electrical contractors can install them at a fraction of the cost of traditional smart home systems - without the need for specialist engineers to be on site making everything work. The Baulogic system comes straight out of the box and installed as an integral part of a new build property within half an hour.
