Responsible for Cybersecurity Incident Response and SecOps for the global operations of LabCorp Holdings and its subsidiaries spanning 65,000 + personnel in 90 countries. Work toward the automation and streamlining of investigation activities leveraging industry best practices, third-party threat feeds and a comprehensive threat hunting model. Establish and lead forensic investigative duties as they relate to information security incident response. Evaluate security gaps and corresponding findings in a global WAN and cloud infrastructure. Created and developed new run books for incident response with regards to best practices in NIST & SANS while incorporating the MITRE framework.Provide recommendations and remediation on findings working toward regulatory compliance and a practical approach to security through regular live action exercises between red and blue teams. Developed bench-marking and reporting as it related to incident response, compliance and risk findings.Develop corporate security policies to be applied throughout corporate operations and supply chain.
