Overall supervision of the Administration Group including,Appraisals of AG Staff members. Supervisionof all tasks carried out by AG Staff members. Implementation of preventive and corrective actions in response to decisions and nonconformities. Ensuring AG quality and services meet the needs of the operational groups. b. Secretary Pool: Assisting the Secretary Pool with the development and implementation of new procedures. a. Flag Related: Liaison with Flag State Administrations in order to update and review procedures for crew documents. Assisting Operation Groups with Flag related PSC problems. Liaising with the Cyprus Shipping Chamber. Checking for new Flag regulations, analysing the impact and informing all parties accordingly. b. New International Regulations: Monitor and inform the Crew Operations dept regarding new training, statutory and technological developments. Drafting Quality Manual procedures & Circulars, and monitoring their implementation.Conducting internal audits as required.Maintenance and update of the Crewing database Maintenance and update of the Crew Department Intranet site Web Master for the company Extranet site. Assisting the IT department with the testing and development of software. 5. Manning Agencies: Regular exchange of information with Manning Agents including, but not limited to: Ensuring the quality of performance of manning agents by data analysis and audits.Supervision and implementation of new Quality driven projects / procedures. Providing training and support as identified / required. Assisting Crew Management with the setup of new Agencies. Co-ordination and distribution of information to all agencies. Maintenance and update of the Manning Agents Information Table. a. Project Work: Design, implementation and follow up of quality improvement recommendation projections. b. English Assessments: Conducting English Assessments as required by UK flag regulations

•Accounts Department • Analysed and developed a method to document the companies in-house computerized account system. Presented findings to the Finance Director. • Assisted in the production of the company’s profit/loss & Balance sheets.
