Vice President And General Manager (Chief Operations Officer)
CurrentCurrently serve as the Vice President, Operations and General Manager of a contract food manufacturing facility. I oversee all plant production and maintenance. In this role I also actively manage the retention and growth of customer relationships for top tier clients. Over the past two years, I have overseen revenue growth of more than 100%. Additionally I work closiely with company ownership on managing legal issues, sales and business development efforts, client service, food safety audits, and working with city, state and federal regulatory entities such as the Texas Department of Health and the FDA. On a daily basis, I review data and key performance indicators to ensure company objectives are being met.
