I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome each of you to a somewhat different format and to provide an explanation as to why we are headed in this direction.After being forced to leave the technology and healthcare industry in 2016 due to health issues, I was able to return on a part-time/consultative basis in 2017. However, in November of 2020, my health once again took a turn for the worse. I was fortunate to receive a heart transplant in July of 2021 at Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix.After fully recovering from the operation and after much research and deliberation, I decided to reopen the Information Technology Leaders organization, which I had originally founded in 2012 to provide an open forum for discussion around information technology in general, under the WES Healthcare Technology Solutions banner. This to provide a specific focus on how technology has, and will continue to, improve patient outcomes and their Quality of Life (QoL) while delivering significant new revenue streams to medical organizations.As those of you familiar with our history are aware, we have seen numerous improvements in technology since the roll out of CareAide in 2003 and the subsequent use of CareAide by various user groups including the Navajo Nation. What started 20 years ago with the patient using a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) manufactured by Palm, Inc. to record daily vital signs and wirelessly transmit them to the clinical staff, has now been able to utilize the 4G network to transmit readings directly from such devices as body scales, blood pressure cuffs, glucose monitors, wrist monitors, and the list goes on. Again, welcome and I hope you can use this synopsis as a basis to begin our discussions.

WES Healthcare Solutions is once again an active division of Wireless Enterprise Solutions, Inc. and will be responsible for delivering best in class healthcare management solutions to patients through providers, clinics, and hospitals. Our specific focus today, as it has been since 2003, is in the area of care management and remote patient monitoring.
