My job role at Sony consisted of resolving customer problems via email, letter and direct correspondence over the telephone. These varied from customer complaints to product support for the majority of Sony appliances. Our aim at Sony was to provide a unique customer service experience at the highest professional level. I learnt to use three different software packages at Sony - Rightnow, Clarify and Ciboodle. I worked in an intense environment learning on a daily basis whilst focusing on the targets set. This never compromised the quality of work that I produced. During the calibration of my work I was congratulated on accomplishing the highest overall scores in my office and the office in Ireland.
