Researched, designed, coded and implemented an Oracle-based Media Services application that integrated the Media Services Department with the Broadcast, Marketing, Program Services and Traffic Departments, thus eliminating several pain points experienced by the ministry.Designed and developed processes that integrated an Oracle-based Sales/Gifts/Inventory package to the web, remote call center operations, distribution facility, email vendor and an online learning system that had been developed for the ministry. In addition, created many new custom reports and several complimentary data entry processes.Very instrumental in bringing the distribution operations back in-house leading to a large cost savings for the ministry. Assisted in the logistics and set-up of the new warehouse and the implementation of the new business requirements.Implemented the JDE E1 Procurement module and supported it along with supporting the JDE E1 Inventory package. Assisted in the support of the JDE E1 Financial modules.Designed, developed and implemented integrations for a JD Edwards style, SQL-Server based CRM system, which linked to the web, call centers and two distribution facilities.Served as subject matter expert and supported CRMs, Media Services, Inventory and Procurement systems.

Created new enhancements to accommodate custom features requested by their Accounts Receivable Department including a new set of custom screens that greatly enhanced their AR process. Completed scheduled year-long project in less than 2 months. Stayed on in a support role.

Brought in to assist in the upgrade of their JD Edwards World Financials from S/38 to an AS400. Due to my work ethic, I saved the client money by replacing the need for two existing independent contractors. The project was completed two months ahead of the initial schedule. Supported JD Edwards package along with their custom written Order Entry and Inventory programs. Developed and rewrote programs for the AS400, so an IBM 4300 being used for manufacturing and inventory could be phased out.

Modified customized HR programs to work with a later version of the JD Edwards World software.
