I represent a variety of clients who have workers' compensation, personal injury, wrongful death, and/or other civil claims. While now the vast majority of my practice is representing individuals who have legal claims, I have experience representing employers defending claims as well. I have obtained favorable decisions for my clients from the North Carolina Industrial Commission, North Carolina state courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. I also teach Business Law at Robeson Community College in my hometown of Lumberton.
