I am a Web and IT Professional with over 20 year’s experience in both industries across a number of different sectors.My job roles are various and include: IT Consultant, IT & Network Technician, Technical Support Manager, IT Trainer, Web Developer and WordPress Designer & Consultant.Within these roles I have supported businesses ranging in size from 5 - 250 users across a number of different platforms and technologies where I have developed excellent communication and motivational skills managing small teams in a service desk environment.My experience includes providing 1st to 3rd line IT Support whilst working to and managing SLA’s in an IT service desk operating to ITIL best practice, implementing procedures and processes to improve service management to clients and ensuring client satisfaction is met and monitoring their feedback.For the past 6 years I have been working solely in Web Development and WordPress Design & Consultancy. During this period, I have worked through my WordPress web design company Blue Cloud Web Solutions. Most recently I have setup another business called WP Buddy to provide WordPress Support Services to individuals and businesses alike.
