After almost 15 years, I'm one of those boomerang employees who made my way back to Smooth Fusion. My time away allowed me to connect with so many great people in the marketing world and really stretched my understanding of what a "digital experience" can look like. From websites to onsite digital interactives, I have found a passion to work closely with any team and ask the questions to understand the problem they are trying to solve for. I lead the digital production team across many high profile brands like State Farm and the Army. We work closely with the account team and creative teams to bring awesome digital ideas to life and then work closely with the on the ground team to ensure the digital activation is executed flawlessly.

- Consulted with a variety of small businesses to develop a web presence or to update their existing website.- Connected clients with digital partners and managed the website build, maintenance, and support- Worked with nonprofits to establish, train and lead large volunteering efforts (200+ volunteers)

- Colaborated with account services, creative, and programming teams to develop high profile websites for companies like Brown Forman, Dallas Symphony, and Joe’s Crabshack- Ensured that projects we created on time, in scope, and on budget- Worked along side account services teams to meet with clients to gather requirements and recommend viable solutions within given budget- Responsible for profitablility of each website project and met regulary with CFO and executive team to report any potential risks or issues

- Managed the time and work of production teams for the development of web sites and web-based applications for companies like Microsoft, Aegon Insurance, and Paula’s Choice Cosmetics- Supervised projects in accordance with specs, architecture, and evolving client requirements - Managed developers and creative designers- Colaborated with marketing agencies to understand and enhance requirements for short and long term website projects
