I was employed as IT manager in Arramount, with sole responsibility for all departments. Stephen developed their point-of-sale system that integrated all departments of the business into one. He also setup a network infrastructure between 16 stores and distribution centre (this included firewalls, servers, vpns and routers and exchange email). Stephen had responsibility for managing the IT system for all the retail outlets. Part of his duties involved developing strategic reports for the company managers and directors. This included detailed gross profits, quantity of sales, commission reports and cash reconciliation reports. When Stephen set up his current business (see above), Arramount became his first customer.

Stephen worked with CBE since he was 16 years of age. Hespent short periods in the service departments, where he fixed and installed CBE systems.He began working in CBE full-time from June 2002-August 2004. During that time, he was responsible for leading teams in the installation of large retail outlet systems. His duties included the networking of systems, consultancy for point-of-sales systems, training of retail staff in the usage of the system and after-sales consultancy.
