• Founding Member• Wrote initial program, which would grow into our proprietary end-to-end software platform (Capstan), engineered to coordinate all activities for a telecommunications deployment.• From 2014 until 2020 (T-Mobile Merger), all equipment upgrades for Sprint's cellular network, was engineered, ordered, coordinated, distributed & tracked using this software platform.• Created smartMOP mobile application which would dynamically convert design requirements & national standards into 'step-by-step' method of procedure instructions, complete with sample photo & videos for each step.--> Users would take photo / video demonstrating completion of every step in process--> Supervisors would rate every photo -- generating 'quantifiable' feedback for every in process, along with quality / efficacy rates for Technicians.--> Data was compiled to drive perpetual process improvement.
