In addition to my previous responsibilities, which remain, I have now added the responsibility of building and operating Sky's data centres, which host Sky's IT operations across all network platforms. We have have also now in-sourced field support for all network platforms which previously sat with third parties. My teams now operate a 24/7 , 365 days a year operation for the platforms that support Sky's services to our 12 million plus customers in the uk and a responsibilities for some of the networks in Sky Germany, and Sky Italy.
