Background:⋆ Current: My expertise/capital/experience is focused on the wealth management profession. I am the Founder of 55 North Private Wealth, a boutique Fee-Only private wealth management firm focused on helping Florida-based families optimize their taxable investment assets (while creating a virtual family office-like structure to help coordinate all of your assets). In addition to leading 55 North, I have served as a strategic advisor and thought leader in the wealth management technology space, which is something our clients at 55 North benefit from. I am passionate about education and founded the award-winning Investors First Podcast in 2020 for CFA Orlando (affiliated w/ the CFA charter & the CFA Institute, the gold standard for the investment profession in my humble opinion), where we interview thought leaders in the investment profession. I have served in a variety of roles as a volunteer and board member (President 2019-2021) for CFA Society Orlando since 2016. I serve as a member of the Investment Committee for the UCF Foundation. I also serve as a member of the finance board for the UCF College of Business.⋆ Past: Prior to founding 55 North Private Wealth, I served as Chief Investment Officer & Principal at a Fee-Only independent/boutique wealth management firm with >$2B in assets under management.
