The Travelopia Group is the world's largest collection of specialist holiday brands. I work within the tailormade division of the group comprising American Holidays, Citalia and Sovereign Luxury Travel. I manage all Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & TikTok) for American Holidays ensuring that effective strategies/campaigns are developed and executed with a focus on brand awareness, audience growth/retention, lead generation and engagement. Using design packages such as Canva and Abobe Creative Suite to create assets for use online and offline which include social posts, videos, animated content, campaign logos and lockups, press ads and various other creatives.Working closely with partners during joint marketing campaigns to ensure that proposed activity is delivered and liase with external press agencies.Collating results of social media performance against set metrics and KPIs, and where required make enhancements or recommendations to maximise results whilst maintaining cost efficiency. Identifying new opportunities by continuously monitoring industry news and current trends that may impact the business, and on-going training ensuring product knowledge is maintained.
