I’m a mechanical contractor with 15+ years of experience in both commercial and industrial heating, air conditioning, and ventilation. I have worked on HVAC construction projects for major clients in the biotech industry, laboratory testing, medical and surgical centers, as well as industrial manufacturing and commercial office space and have been recognized with several awards during my career.Until recently, I managed service operations for Pacific HVAC Service, a commercial HVAC contractor focused on HVAC installation and service for medical facilities, universities and commercial properties. In this role I was focused on operations efficiency, service technician development, and provided senior technical support for all field employees and administrative office employees. Successes included creating a recommended repair report distributed quarterly to all service agreement customers, improved sales quoting process, and safety awareness program. The recommended repair reporting generated enormous customer appreciation and was key to maintaining customer relationships, and accurate annual budgeting for commercial property managers.
