Stephen is a wholesale mortgage banker with an extensive background in Non QM Super Jumbo lending. He is a proven top producer and an explosive, dynamic leader amongst his team, partners and clients. His third party production consists primarily of $1mm+ loans on high end, residential real estate for borrowers that demonstrate the ability to aggregate wealth but can’t demonstrate ATR using conventional underwriting methods. He believes the lending process, especially for Non QM, is perceived by most as complicated, time consuming, and an all around very ambiguous, antiquated operation. He brings a very bold, transparent, service oriented approach to each and every stage of that process.
