Mitochondrion, 2010).Developed methods for studying in vivo mitochondrial properties in human cell lines using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (Dingley et al. Methods in Molecular Biology, 2011).Studied the hypothesis that mitochondrial DNA mutations allowed climatic adaptation.
