After a long career with Deloitte, Deb and I recently started DiPietro Pickleball consulting. After being introduced to the sport about 5 years ago we both obtained our USA Pickleball PPR coaching certifications and I successfully obtained my credentails as a USA pickleball referee. Over the last 2 years we have provided Pickleball consulting services in the areas of financial modeling, including revenue and cost estimates, operations management, indoor and outdoor court design, construction project management, court reservation and billing financial software implementation, program and marketing management and coaching and referee services. I Retired from Deloitte and Touche LLP after a 33 year career. The majority of those years as an audit and assurance Partner, Former Leader of Deloitte's New England Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Industry practice and of Deloitte's New England Growth Enterprise Services practice focused on delivering services to private and public middle market companies. Led and coordinates services provided by Deloitte working with CFOs and the finance functions of both audit and non-audit clients. Former New England leader and host of Deloitte's finance function leadership development programs and CFO roundtables for New England technology company CFOs and finance leadership .
